Since 2005, Crystal has dedicated all of her academic and career pursuits to helping others unlock their true potential. Crystal believes we each have a calling in life and her calling is to help others discover who they are and propel them into the individuals they have always aspired to become, which makes her role as a Career Advisor at UBC very rewarding.

As a UBC career advisor Crystal will provide our clients with the skills and resources they will need to create and revise their resumes, cover letters, prepare for college and job interviews, conduct fruitful job and internship searches. Crystal is also MBTI certified and is experienced in interpreting career assessments and providing career guidance to clients based on the results.

Crystal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, San Bernardino and a Master of Science from Azusa Pacific University (APU) in College Counseling and Student Development as well as a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Certified MBTI Practitioner. Most recently, Crystal is a doctoral candidate for APU's Higher Education Leadership program.
